Acegi to work with Active Directory - NOT imports active directory user e-mail address

Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)

i configured opennms to work with Acegi Security . it works fine . but when i want to send availability report to that user , it is not e-mailed to that specific user. error massage comes up like below,

No Email Address Configured

The Availability report you requested could not be generated because you do not have an email address configured. You will need to have your system administrator setup a valid email address for you. Then, when you request this outage report, it will be emailed to you.

i think active directory user e-mail information is not importing to opennms. pls help.......

i configured my settings same as documentation in opennms.org site.( link - http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Acegi_Security_and_LDAP#Configuring_Acegi_to_work_with_Active_Directory_.28Windows_2k3.29

OpenNMS use Acegi Security for only Authentication.

Getting data from remote LDAP is not yet supported.

Some years ago I created an Integration which was able to grab the necessary data from ldap to opennms system.

Create an enhancement bug!

Antonio is correct, the LDAP integration is for authentication only. You still have to configure the proper fields for each user account in the OpenNMS system.
