I haven't watched ATWT in years but noticed the other day that ole James is back, so watched alittle today.  He is as diabolical as ever!

yes! and the fans are thrilled that he has returned!  Also Dusty is coming back from the grave too! Don't know how they will pull that one off but its soapdummmm....LOL... anything can happen.

OK I grew up on ATWT but stopped watchin' years ago.  James Stenbeck comin' back got my interest & I've been tryin' to catch it 3 or 4 days a week while I sort thru who's who.  I'll start by askin' who Dusty is & who is he kin to?  Hope you don't mind questions cause I'm sure to have more.  Thought it was cute last week when Nuke thought they were gonna have a night under the stars & then the guy with Lucinda said he was sharing their tent.  I don't know who that man was either.  I know a lot of the characters but am a total loss who's been sleepin' with whom over the past 10 or more years.  LOL  In soapland that could be many dance partners.  OMG just thought of another question who is Henry?

Well dang Reva... I can't answer all those questions... I have only been watching ATWT since January. I got interested in it when I saw the gay storyline. My youngest son is gay, and I wanted to see how they approached it especially on daytime tv. Then I got on the memberboard and got initiated in the gaybashing....LOL....  I actually did one of my essays on that particular board and the discriminary treatment of gays and people of different ethnicities.
But!...hmmmm uhm I do know that Dusty and Lilly (old Lilly) had a "thing". He was the bad boy everybody loved.  Henry... he's kind of the comedic foil for a lot of the drama that goes around. He is madly in love with this egocentric called Vienna and he is Brad and Katy-ho.... best and maybe only real friend...LOL

I know that Rew has answered some of your questions but here goes. Dusty & Lilly have been friends since forever and a day. They even hooked up for a little while until Lilly found Holden. I can't remember if he was ever linked to anybody as family. The new guy with Lucinda I think will turn out to be associated with James. Mind you this is the one soap I have not been able to catch up on because I have had my nose in GL & YR. So that link might have already been established. As far as who's sleeping with who you have to give names and hope that my CRS doesn't kick in. LOL Henry, was brought on a few years ago. He is a character!! I love Henry. Henry at one time was married to Katie who is now married to Brad, at least the last time I saw it. Henry has always been involved in some deals that looked kind of shady. He's always looking for the "Get Rich Quick Deal" which puts him in these situations. I hope this has answered some of your questions.

   TY Tig  I vaguely remember Henry being with Katie, guess that was in the day when I was only poppin' in on occasion. Rew posted a clip with Dusty & Lily & he looks familiar too but I suppose I never caught any SL for him.  Gonna have to watch some more youtube to get backstory.  Appreciate your feedback.

Well having a gay son presented me with a lot more questions then answers. I love him unconditionally, but do not necessarily have the answers for him about things. I had hoped that by getting on the ATWT board I would get some answers. I did. There are some great personable people there. There are also some terrible bullies and bigots.  I learned a great deal from that board about life in general, and what it was like to be born gay.  
I think that CBS will do their public a great disservice if they let the Luke and NOah storyline fade away. I know that they have had to take a lot of fire from the rightwings but in the grand scheme of things... it's time to show a more diverse group of characters and actors. ... and not just for gays. Truly, if you look at the number of visible minorities .. ethnic, disabled whatever.. it is few and far between. It's really sad, because there are so many wonderfully different groups of people that make up our nation... it should be reflected in our media, too. Daytime viewing has a long way to go.

Wasn't that Dusty played by Brian Bloom?  He had those beautiful blue eyes. That was back in the days when I watched.

I don't remember Brian Bloom. Soapcentral says he played Dusty from '83-'88.  Now you'd think I would remember this guy if I'd ever seen him!
