There is a <reference> and <notes> section in CPE Schema that is meant
to hold information like a GUID. Ideally, this information would be part of the dictionary when downloaded. Of course, the challenge is figuring out how to (easily) get all these references mapped to a CPE. Actually, the reverse may be better to state -- verify that there is a CPE for every GUID.....
With a little luck with the code, I may be able to generate an utility that would generate data to feed into a master CPE database...
