Be it resolved that Management must review all changes to fm 4003 with the affected carrier before submission of the 4003 to district for route corrections, and that the carrier must certify with management that the information is true and correct

Reason for change:  Eliminate the incorrect input of information that may negatively affect carrier pay and allowances, and prevent surprise action by management in the handling of pay affecting functions

Right, I cant believe management would want anything else than to be accurate.  If the 4003 is wrong, then the carrier can grieve it and get it changed.
