4 year limit on ALL Union Positions

All Union Positions from National, all the way down to the district level, should ALL have a time frame of NO longer than 4 years.
They would would have to remain on their route for at least 2 years before running for any other position.

Once a member has served their 4 years they MUST return to their route. This way they would ALWAYS stay focused on mail counts,
and everything else that effects rural carriers.

this is one of the best ideas i have read on this site. it seems that when a person gets the paid union job, they forget all about what it takes to deliver the mail.  the union should also hire a full time lawyer to negotiate with tha usps, there seems to be too many loopholes and vague wording in the rules and of the contract.

This needs to be clarified, do you also me positions like local district Pac, Secretary treasurer, board members....we run our routes
