4 new messages with the merge of safe-upgrade-button branch

Hi,

With the merge of the safe-upgrade-button branch by Hanno, 4 new
messages appeared.

As usual, do your job of translator. ;-)

Note : I simplified my synchronization procedure (utils/README.txt),
now strings that don't exist in Plone 3.3 anymore compared to Plone
3.2 are in *-manual.pot files (3 strings in plone-manual.pot and 1
string in cmfeditions-manual.pot)

Please note that for the description_buildout_instructions msgid
marked as fuzzy, what's has changed is a space before </a> because of
the new indentation in the template.
