2.5.8 release

Greetings,
I'm planning on starting a GeoServer release on Monday (or late Sunday
in the colonies), and consequently will be making a 2.5.8 release of
GeoTools.  I see a single critical issue and a few major issues still
outstanding for this release.  The critical issue has been around for
almost two years now, so I don't think I'll wait on it.  How about the
majors, are any of them blockers?

wow, time flies... rescheduled for 2.6.x and added it to my todo so I
don't forget.
