0.15.x stabilization branch created

The 0.15.x branch has been created. Feel free to commit destabilizing
changes for 0.16 to trunk.

With respect to the use of the branch: if a bug is found which should
be fixed in 0.15, the procedure is to commit the change to trunk and
backport the change from there to the stabilization branch. That way
we ensure the presence of the bugfix in all future releases too.

Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)

 It appears revision 11958 fails 82 ansi tests, while 11956 - only 34. And I don't believe there is anything in between.

By default NetBeans converts every Tab into 4 spaces. But, if a source, created by some other editor and brought into NetBeans, has Tab's already NetBeans does not interpret them. So, such sources look misaligned in NetBeans editor.
