I have a custom product I want to allow some members, but not all, to
publish themselves. Right now members have the default Plone permissions,
so they cannot publish anything. I want to keep that functionality for all
but this one product. I figured I could create a role that had the
publishing rights for that product. I was able to create the role, and
assign it to the publish transition in the workflow. However, members who
belonged to this role still could not publish the product.
Am I on the right track? If so, what am I missing?
