Well, this is a minor one, but here we need to be able to forcefully disable
optionals components like alsa or jack otherwise the resulting binary will
depend on what was installed on the user's system when he built audacity.
I'll attach a small patch to the build system to allow having --without-alsa or
--without-jack to completely disable them even if jack or alsa is present on the
system.
Not having these options more or less forces me to make alsa and jack mandatory
for audacity as people with old jack or alsa-lib versions might have build problems.
