With Audacity 1.3.3-beta
Selecting all tracks, then Tracks->Remove Tracks works, but the screen is
sometimes not cleared. Also, if there were a lot of tracks, the scrollbar button
remains unmoved. It should probably be set to be the full height of the scroll
bar track, if not at least scrolled to the top!
