I have my Windows taskbar at the top of the screen. Whenever I open Audacity
(1.2 or 1.3 beta) it's window will appear under the taskbar and I have to either
maximize it or use the window move command to get it back into view. Closing
and opening it again the window does not retain it's position, just moves back
under the taskbar again. The problem is highlighted in this artcle I read recently:
