[2.0.5] folder_contents Javascript in Firefox on XP

Hi,

I searched the web but without success:

are there confirmed reports that the two Javascript items to select
all items, and to sort items in the folder_contents template of
2.0.5 do not work with Firefox on Windows XP? Select all does work
with FF 1.5, but not earlier. Sort does not work at all.

Any workaround, short of an upgrade to 2.1? Would that fix it?
