There is url "
http://www.mp3dev.org/mp3" with error 404 in LAME sources and documentations:

I also noticed that you have redirect on www.mp3dev.org to lame.sourceforge.net, may be its also logical to change all this urls in sources and documentation to sourceforge too.

"www.sulaco.org/mp3" to "www.mp3dev.org".
